Now come to point why we should take action for losing weight.
Is  it for survive  or for our beloved.
For any reason we have to take some necessary action for losing weight.
For this many of us a idea that take too small food its make him less weight.
It’s a cause but not fully.
At any case if we are over weighted  firstly we have try to know that why we are over weighted.
If we define our problem that it is very easy to solve this problem.
The doctor defines which is fatty food and which is rich food and which is not too fatty food.
All of us to be acknowledge that some people are over weighted by naturally.
Some of the people are overweighed for taking fatty food .
For losing   weight we have to take less fatty food.
Take   physical exercise daily and timely.
In every day if we take exercise daily its help us to losing weight.
But with taking exercise if we take rich food it can’t help us for losing weight.
If we are able to maintain religious rule in our life it is very easy to lose our overweight.
In religious rule advise us not to take those kinds of food which is not too well in our health.
Finally we have to conscious  about our health.
If we conscious about this it is very easy and simple works to lose weight.
