Stop smoking.
We always
think we have a good health and good fit for work and any kinds of deed. But on
the way of life sometime we are addicted for various unhealthful works that is
one of the works is start smoking.
There
various reason for smoking. Sometimes it’s for fashion, passions, with friend
and also sometime from depression and many others.
But when we
understood that it causes various kinds of diseases then we try to stop taking
smoking.
When we
think to stop smoking. We face various problems to stop smoking.
That’s most
of that nicotine addiction. It makes our brain to not stop taking smoking. Its
create problem such as disorder of brain working.
On stopping cigarette
While on
taking cigarette we feel good at this time.
